The site presents the MADRID RESIDENCE project for information and marketing purposes. Its content is not an offer, public promise, investment advice, warranty, reservation, or contract.

A sale, reservation, or other binding relationship arises only through a separate written agreement signed by duly authorised parties. Conversations, emails, and website inquiries do not by themselves create an obligation to enter into a transaction.

3. Property information

Prices, availability, areas, layouts, orientation, stages, schedules, materials, and technical specifications may be changed, corrected, or updated without notice to the extent permitted by law.

Renderings, plans, images, furniture, landscaping, and colours are illustrative. The completed work may differ. Areas and dimensions remain indicative until confirmed in the applicable official documents and contract.

Before making a purchase decision, request a current written offer, project and legal documents, and independent professional advice where appropriate. Only the final signed agreement is binding.

4. Acceptable use

We may restrict access where there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse, a security risk, or a breach of these terms.

We may change the site and these terms. A new version applies when published unless stated otherwise. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
